SALES EXECUTIVE

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of JBC by selling residential properties and real estate developments. You’ll engage directly with potential buyers, provide them with property insights, and guide them through the purchasing process. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Your main goal is to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their property needs.
- Present and promote properties through online and face-to-face meetings.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing them with property information, market insights, and advice.
- Arrange and conduct site visits and property tours.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including current property prices, financing options, and market trends.
- Report regularly on sales performance and progress towards targets.
- Must have completed at least two (2) years or 72 units of college education
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- (Optional) Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
