The Admin Staff will support JBC’s daily operations by managing essential administrative functions. You’ll help ensure the smooth functioning of the office by handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing supplies, and providing support to various departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your work will contribute to the overall efficiency of the company, allowing JBC to meet its business goals.

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure that office equipment is properly maintained and operational.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office and office management tools.
