The Leads Specialist will focus on generating and managing potential leads for JBC’s sales team. You’ll conduct research, reach out to prospects, and nurture relationships to ensure a steady pipeline of interested clients. This role is crucial for the success of the sales team, as it ensures that they have qualified leads to work with.

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and matching them with JBC’s property offerings.
  • Manage lead databases and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate with leads through emails, phone calls, and messaging to maintain interest.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Atleast Senior High Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in lead generation or sales support is preferred.
  • Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and lead management tools.
