The Marketing Staff will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns that promote JBC’s real estate properties. You’ll help drive brand awareness, generate leads, and create engaging content for both online and offline platforms. This role will give you the opportunity to work on various marketing initiatives, from social media management to event planning. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote JBC properties.
  • Create and manage content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
  • Coordinate marketing events such as property launches, open houses, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that marketing materials support sales objectives.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing and content creation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and creativity skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and marketing tools.
