President and Founder
Mr. Jerico B. Carreon, began his remarkable journey in real estate as a Marketing Officer at Lumina Homes in 2014. Driven by his passion to help fellow Filipinos achieve their dream of homeownership, he saw the need for dedicated advocates within the industry. This vision inspired him to pursue his Real Estate Broker Licensure, which he successfully obtained in 2015.
A avid learner at heart, Mr. Carreon graduated Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration from Bulacan State University. His excellence in both academics and his licensure exam solidified his path in real estate. In 2016, he founded JBC Realty, named after his initials, to promote accessible and affordable homes for Filipino families.
By 2022, JBC Realty had grown into JBC Marketing and Development OPC, reflecting Mr. Carreon’s broader vision of expanding homeownership opportunities across Luzon. Today, under his leadership, JBC stands as a leading real estate company, dedicated to empowering Filipino families and future real estate professionals.
