JBC Marketing Development OPC has played a crucial role in shaping my life and career. Before joining, I was a Barangay Treasurer, but stepping into real estate gave me a new path that has impacted me profoundly. Through JBC, I have developed my leadership skills, particularly in communication and mentoring. Leading my own team has sharpened my ability to guide others, a skill I take pride in. On the financial side, being a Unit Manager has provided me with opportunities to earn higher commissions, especially when my team performs well. This financial growth has allowed me to achieve personal financial stability and to make important investments for my family’s future.
